We currently offer two categories of products:
- Ready to Ship: In-stock napkins available for immediate delivery.
- Custom Orders: Includes napkins, tablecloths, chair covers, table covers, bathrobes, and more. These are made to order and typically ship within 30–60 days.
2. Where do we ship?
At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United States.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Ready to Ship items are dispatched immediately.
- Custom Orders take between 30 to 60 days to produce and ship. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
4. What shipping carriers do we use?
We ship through Parsel, which partners with trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and others.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of 8 boxes or more.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and wire transfers.
7. Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum order is required. We serve both businesses and individuals.
Please note: all of our Ready to Ship napkins are sold by the case only. Each case contains either 300 pieces or 240 pieces, depending on the product. We are unable to open cases or sell smaller quantities.
8. Can I request custom products or colors?
Yes! All our products are made in-house. You can request a quote for custom sizes, colors, or special items.
9. Where can I find product care instructions?
Washing and care instructions will be available on each product page and in a dedicated section of our website.

11. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
