1. Shipping Categories

We offer two types of products with distinct processing times:

• Ready to Ship:
  These items are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped according to the selected shipping method.
  
• Made to Order:
  These items require a processing period of 45–90 days before shipment due to custom manufacturing.
  

If your order contains both Ready to Ship and Made to Order items, they will be shipped separately to avoid delays.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to Continental U.S. only. Shipping costs and delivery estimates may vary depending on your location.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
  
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Shipping carriers and delivery times depend on your destination and the method chosen at checkout. Estimated transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
